From Learning to Execution — A Decade of Consistent Delivery.

Staples Canada

Mississauga, Canada I June 2022 - today

I joined Staples in June of 2022, where I lead a cross-functional product team building and scaling mission-critical B2B eCommerce solutions trusted by over 100,000 organizations, including government and financial institutions. I’ve driven large-scale platform migrations and integrations, protecting and growing hundreds of millions in revenue whilst also working on initiatives improving stability, security, and customer experience.

Majid Al Futtaim, Retail

Dubai, UAE I March 2022 - July 2025

At Carrefour, which is the retail arm of Majid al Futtaim, I worked at the intersection of product, analytics, and commercial strategy, helping drive advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making. As an Advanced Analytics Manager, I partnered closely with senior commercial leaders to translate complex data into clear insights that informed assortment, and promotional decisions at scale. As Product Owner, I led the development of analytics-enabled promotion optimization tool that improved consistency, measurement, and decision quality of choosing promotional products based on incremental performance. After a successful proof of concept, I led the internationalization of the promotion optimization tool across 11 territories in the Middle East and Africa.

The Hut Group, Health Division

Manchester, United Kingdom I May 2015 - December 2018

Early in my career at The Hut Group I helped turn around an underperforming eCommerce business THG had acquired by applying rigorous, data-driven decision making across trading, marketing, merchandising, and operations. Additionally, as a power user of THG’s in-house commerce platform, I partnered closely with technology teams to test, refine, and scale digital capabilities. This experience gave me a strong commercial foundation and shaped my customer-first, KPI-led approach to product management.

Education

I hold a First Class Honours degree in International Business & Corporate Law from the University of Greenwich, followed by an MSc in International Business from the University of Leeds, which I completed with Distinction. This academic foundation shaped my analytical thinking, commercial judgment, and understanding of complex global business environments.
